The Commercial Finance Integrity Alliance (CFIA) is an independent coalition committed to preventing backdooring and restoring trust throughout commercial finance. Its work will center on standards, accountability, education, and technology-enabled prevention.

    A public commitment against unauthorized deal diversion.

    Model contractual protections

    Independently adopted confidentiality, non-circumvention and data-handling provisions.

    Confidential incident reporting

    Secure intake and independent review, without unverified public accusations.

  4. Initiative 04

    Technology standards

    Controlled access, file tracking, audit logs and best practices.

  5. Initiative 05

    Awareness and education

    Publications, roundtables, webinars and practical guidance.
